Introduction

The International Quilt Study Center & Museum houses the largest publicly held quilt collection in the world. The 3500+ items date from the early 1700s to the present. There are currently more than 25 different nations represented in the collection. This is an area of special focus as we work toward our goal of collecting, preserving and sharing quilts from all cultures, locations and eras.
